Purpose
The Alma Education and Arts Foundation's primary mission is the promotion and support of education in Alma.
One of the principal activities the Foundation conducts is the awarding of college scholarships to Alma High School graduates. The foundation has already awarded over $300,000 to Alma graduates for the college of their choice.
Additionally, the Foundation annually hosts an honors banquet for outsanding graduating seniors and provides other honors and awards to students and staff. It is hoped that with the help of people like you, funds will be available to award scholarships to many more students for significantly larger amounts, and the other activities of the Foundation will continue to expand.
One activity the Foundation uses to generate these funds is the presenting of professional entertainment. For ten years we have been enjoying some of the best entertainment in America, and without you, our loyal audience, none of this would have been possible. So, THANK YOU for your past and continuing attendance and support of the Alma Performing Arts Center.
